Data deletion

Delete your whole account

Log in, open Accounts, and choose Delete account at the bottom. Confirm with your email and everything is deleted straight away: your profile, brand and plan, connected accounts and their tokens, found threads, drafts and replies, scheduled and past posts, generated and uploaded media, extension tokens and credit history. Reddit access is also revoked at Reddit.

Remove only Facebook and Instagram

Either of these deletes the Page and Instagram tokens and ids Stoppr stored, and Stoppr can no longer post for you:

• In Stoppr, open Accounts and choose Disconnect next to Instagram and Facebook.
• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Stoppr, choose Remove, and ask for your data to be deleted. Facebook tells us, we delete it automatically, and you get a confirmation code with a link back to this page.

Can't log in?

Email hello@usestoppr.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What isn't deleted

Posts and replies already published to Reddit, X, Instagram or Facebook live on those platforms; delete them there. Content in our providers' short-term logs expires on their schedule. See the privacy policy for who they are.
