Terms of service

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or the business you represent. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account: don't create accounts to collect extra free credits.

You approve everything that goes out

Stoppr drafts; you decide. Nothing is posted to Reddit, X, Instagram or Facebook unless you approved it, or turned on automatic posting yourself. You're responsible for what you publish, including following each platform's rules, the rules of each community, and laws on advertising and disclosure. When you mention your own product, say so.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stoppr to:

• spam, manipulate votes, run fake or coordinated accounts, or evade a platform's bans or limits;
• impersonate a real person, or make content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their permission;
• publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• make health, financial or other claims you can't back up;
• break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and we may decline to generate content that would break these rules.

AI-generated content

Drafts, images and videos are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, repetitive or similar to someone else's output, so review everything before you use it. AI creators are fictional people; label AI-generated ads where the platform or the law requires it.

Your content

What you bring and what Stoppr makes for you is yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and post it to run the service for you, and nothing more. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

Connected platforms

Reddit, X, Instagram, Facebook and the other services we connect to are run by third parties under their own terms. They can change or withdraw access at any time, which can limit what Stoppr can do; we're not responsible for their decisions.

Credits and plans

Some features use credits. Your plan's monthly credits renew each calendar month and unused credits don't carry over. Credits have no cash value. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time on the Accounts page; your data is then deleted as described in our privacy policy. We may end or suspend the service for you if you break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.

No guarantees

Stoppr is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise any particular reach, leads, revenue or result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platforms may remove posts or restrict accounts, and that risk is yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Stoppr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or account actions taken by third-party platforms, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Stoppr after that means you accept it.
